Thank you for supporting Derek Patterson Art. Please read the shop policies below before placing an order.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once an original is sold, it is no longer available.

Artwork is photographed as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different in person depending on screen settings, lighting, and display type.

Prints and Faux Framed Panels

Prints and faux framed panels are made from images of my original artwork.

Faux framed panels are lightweight ready-to-hang art panels made to give the look of a finished framed piece without needing a separate frame.

Some prints and panels may be made to order. Please allow time for production before shipping.

Color Accuracy

I take care when photographing, editing, and preparing artwork for print so the color, contrast, and overall feel are as close to the original artwork as possible.

Because every screen displays color differently, slight color variations may occur. I do my best to make sure each print looks right before it leaves the studio.

Choosing Your Artwork

For faux framed panel listings, please choose from the available artwork options shown on the website.

If a listing asks you to select or enter an artwork title, please make sure the title is correct before checkout.

If you are unsure which artwork to choose, please contact me before ordering.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the listed price unless otherwise stated.

Orders are packed with care and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Shipping times may vary depending on the item, production time, and carrier delays.

Returns and Exchanges

Because artwork, prints, and panels may be made to order, all sales are generally final.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item so I can review the issue.

I want buyers to be happy with their artwork, so please reach out if there is a problem with your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.

If the item has already been made, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Commissions and Custom Orders

Custom artwork, commissions, and special requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom orders may require a deposit and are not refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
